Another threat to democracy is when elected officials try to legislate power away from a duly elected official. This law takes away the discretion of DAs and Judges, all duly elected, and gives it to the legislature. Please help us defeat this terrible law. Every one of us has committed a dumb act that would have us in prison under this law. Kids don’t belong in adult prisons.
